Pro
Glitchpin Pro does not replace the free plugin: it adds to it. It turns a list of reports into a real team workflow.
What leaves your site is what you set up: your webhooks, and the Freemius licence check.

Glitchpin Pro is aimed at those who are no longer content with just receiving reports.
They have to be sorted, shared out, not dealt with ten times over, kept on record, and you need to know where the site stands.
It is a team tool, not an "unlocked" version.

The complete history of the ticket. Every change of status, of priority, of type, of assignment and every occurrence is recorded, with its date. Six months later, you still know why.

The annotation editor. After the capture, the visitor no longer just sends an image: they show the problem in a dedicated editor, "Annotate the capture", before writing a single word.

Automatic masking of sensitive fields. Password fields, and fields the browser recognises as a card number or a one-time code (the autocomplete attribute), are masked before the image is produced. For any other element, tag it with data-octoscope-private.

Glitchpin Pro is sold outside the WordPress directory and its licence is handled by Freemius. It covers 1 site. Development and staging sites are not counted: the list of recognised domains is the Freemius one. You can release a site at any time and reuse its licence elsewhere.
Pro features stop, but nothing is deleted: tickets, occurrences, history, internal notes and settings remain in your database, and the free plugin keeps showing the reports. A ticket left in a Pro status is then displayed as "Pro · To do", "Pro · In progress" or "Pro · To review", is still counted under the "New" view, and can still be moved to "Done" or sent to the trash. Reactivate Pro and everything comes back.
Glitchpin updates will come from WordPress.org once the plugin is published, like any plugin in the directory. Glitchpin Pro updates are served by Freemius, through your licence. The two channels are independent and never interfere.
